I teach in the Grade 6-to-8 learning community at a busy elementary school, working with students in flexible groupings. It’s important to find a style that’s professional and relatable. My clothing is business-casual. Any day, my activities vary from art class to the gymnasium and yard duty so my choices need to be versatile and comfortable. Since my long workday often runs directly into after-school events, it’s also a practical way of dressing. Grey and black provide easy sophistication, and I think they look great when used in clothing with unique designs and interesting textures.— Sarah Fraser, Elementary School Teacher, Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board
